In conjunction with this year's UC Davis Olive Center Olio Novello Festival, the Center is offering two short, in-person classes on the “Grow Olive Trees in your Garden: Basics of Planting and Care” and “Olive Oil Appreciation: How to Select and Enjoy it” at the Good Life Garden and at the Sensory theater located at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science with the support of Novavine Olive Nursery. Come and learn basics of growing olive trees, what makes and olive oil great, and taste our freshest extra virgin olive oil, that is now becoming a yearly tradition! For the purchase of two or more Olio Novello bottles, you can take home an Olive Tree courtesy of Novavine (until supplies last).
