The UC Davis Olive Center in collaboration with the Executive Chef Kue Her of UCD Dining, and UCD Arboretum and Public Garden, is offering this one-of-a-kind olive appreciation practical course that will focus on evaluating, cooking, tasting, food pairing and production aspects of olive oils. In addition to training and educate cooking and food enthusiasts, the class will have hands-on produce harvest, food preparation, tasting exercise and outdoor activities. This course is aimed at people that are new or interested in olive oil and would like to learn more about all the basic aspects of olive oil at an introductory level from the experts at UC Davis.
