Learn from the olive experts
Get the best knowledge available on modern, high-yield methods of producing olives for oil.
This two-day course will include presentations by research experts from the University of California and the foremost authorities in Spain. The course includes a field visit to Corto Olive, one of the largest producers in California, where you will learn how olives are grown in the orchard and how oil is produced in a milling facility.
The course includes coffee and pastries both days, two lunches and a fine dinner. You take home the latest editions of manuals for conventional and organic olive production as well as electronic files of course presentations.
