Extra Virginity World Book Release

Tom Mueller will hold the world release of his new book  Extra Virginity: The Sublime and Scandalous World of Olive Oil on November 29 at UC Davis. 

Mueller is well known for his 2007 New Yorker Article "Slippery Business:  The trade in adulterated olive oil".  Kirkus Reviews says that Extra Virginity is "engrossing history, vivid contemporary reporting and a cogent call to action.”  The event will be held  at the UC Davis Conference Center on November 29 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm followed by a reception.  This is a free event open to the public.
