UC Davis Olive Center Sensory Short Course a Great Success!

The UC Davis Olive Center held another Sensory Evaluation of Olive Oil short course this past weekend, on May 9th and 10th.

The Sensory Evaluation of Olive Oil Short Course on May 9 and 10, Robert Mondavi Institute, Sensory Theater. Attendees came from 10 states as well as Canada and Chile, and received expert instruction from Sue Langstaff, Dr. Selina Wang and Dan Flynn.
