The UC Davis Olive Center Model Adopted in Greece

The UC Davis Olive Center model was adopted in Greece last year by Perrotis College of the American Farm School in Thessaloniki.

The UC Davis Olive Center model was adopted in Greece last year by Perrotis College of the American Farm School in Thessaloniki. The center is led by Dr. Athanasios Gertsis, a leader in precision agriculture and the economic use of olive milling byproducts. Our executive director Dan Flynn will visit the center next week as part of a speaking tour sponsored by the United States State Department. UC Davis looks forward to working with its scientific colleagues in Greece to benefit olive producers in both countries.
